Ein super Rezept für Sushi-Reis (haben nur den Reis von diesem Rezept gemacht). Hatten Sushireis aus dem Asia-Laden mit 30 Minuten Kochzeit. Habe die Mengen an Wasser und Reis sowie Temperatur aus diesem Rezept verwendet - nur die Minuten auf 23 erhöht! Hat super geklappt - auch die Menge an Essig und Zucker war perfekt! 5 Sterne!
